“What kind of Christmas tree lasts the longest?” is perhaps the most frequently asked question by customers at Kale’s during the holidays. “Which tree smells the best?” and “What kind holds the most ornaments?” are both close seconds.
Kales has been offering the highest quality cut Christmas trees in the Princeton area since 1956, and 2010 will be no exception. This year our selection includes three types of firs: Fraser, Douglas and Concolor.
One of the most popular cut trees, our Fraser firs are grown in the mountains of North Carolina where they flourish at altitudes of 3,000 to 6,000 feet.
Often called the Cadillac of Christmas trees, Frasers have an excellent combination of fragrance, needle retention and striking beauty. The soft short needles are shiny green with silvery highlights and strong, flexible branches support lots of lights and ornaments.
Kale’s Fraser firs are available in sizes ranging from a manageable 6’ for smaller spaces, through magnificent 12-14’ specimens that will truly grace your home for the holidays.
